LEG Day!!

This is my meal plan....there is one thing that I do switch up and that's my Brown Rice.  I know my body, and it doesn't like rice, well my body likes it...I just don't like how my body holds on to it..lol...well most days I replace it with potatoes (baked, no seasoning).

Today was my leg day, my FAVORITE part of my body to work on.  Believe it or not, I've never done plie squats, until today..and WOW, I've been missing something because that's was probably one of the best workouts my butt has gotten!
